Our Standard Shipping is via USPS and UPS.
How Do I Track THE NAUGHTY BEAR?
Once your Naughty Bear ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please email us at contact@thenaughtybear.com and we would be happy to resend your tracking email to you.
EXPECTED DELIVERY
Due to COVID-19 concerns, you may experience temporary delays in the shipping process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams. The arrival dates below are estimates, and your actual order may take additional time to ship.
The chart below displays the estimated number of shipping days to allow from the time your order is placed. Business days are Monday-Saturday and do not include Sundays or Holidays.

P.O. BOXES
STANDARD is the only shipping method for orders shipping to a P.O. Box.
APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Orders sent to military FPO (Fleet Post Office) and APO (Army Post Office) boxes must be shipped using our STANDARD service.
WEEKEND & HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Saturday delivery is available to most zip codes. Deliveries on Sundays and Federally observed holidays are not possible.
SAME-DAY DELIVERY SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Sorry, a separate order must be placed for each shipping address — but our online store will "remember" your name and address and save you time by pre-filling those fields the second time around!
DELAYED DELIVERY
We strive to have every order arrive within the estimated time frame however sometimes delays happen due to weather, technical problems or an increase in shipping volume. NAME TAG - A Naughty Thought Is a Terrible Thing to Waste "FROM" Card:
Although we are Naughty, and basically liberal, if, for some reason, it is determined by us that a nickname or other name, which is to be placed on the A Naughty Thought Is A Terrible Thing To Waste “From” card is offensive, obscene, demeaning, or otherwise inappropriate, we reserve the right to use in the alternative, the Purchaser’s name on the Credit Card/Payment Method; whether First and Last name; and/or First Name and Last Name initial, and place and use on the “From” card.
