Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18, nor intentionally target or solicit. The Naughty Bear understands the importance of protecting their privacy in the interactive, online world. Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Using Personal Information

We may offer incentives, such as a coupon, discount on purchase, or loyalty points, in exchange for personal information (e.g. email sign-up). Mobile
We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting in for our SMS text marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number may be passed to a text messages operator in order to fulfill your delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use, the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages, in addition, you can send us an email request at contact@thenaughtybear.com.
You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.

Text/SMS Message Consent & Opt-Out
If you choose, you can provide your mobile phone number to receive text message alerts from our stores or sites to receive product and/or event information, tips or promotions. You agree that by providing your mobile phone number you expressly consent to receive automated marketing text messages from us to the mobile phone number provided. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. Message and data rates will apply and you should check the rates of your mobile carrier. We may share your mobile phone number with service providers with whom we contract to assist us with the above activities, but we will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. Text Messages are distributed via third party mobile network providers and, therefore, we cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery. Depending on the recipient's mobile carrier, it may not be possible to transmit the text message to the recipient successfully; nor is content available on all carriers. CCPA
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you (also known as the ‘Right to Know’), to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased.You have the right to request that we disclose information about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months.
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
